
屈定武,男,湖北宜昌人,1993年6月出生,工学博士,讲师。2016年6月毕业于湖北文理学院食品科学与工程专业,获工学学士学位;2023年6月毕业于江南大学食品学院生物技术中心,获得食品科学与工程专业的硕士和博士学位。同年7月进入湖北文理学院工作至今。现主要从事益生菌功能评价及酿酒微生物资源开发。
