潘聪,男,1995年12月出生,湖北襄阳人,工学博士。2018年6月本科毕业于湖北文理学院化学工程与工艺专业,获工学学士学位;2021年6月毕业于中南民族大学环境工程专业,获工学硕士学位;2024年6月毕业于武汉大学环境科学专业,获工学博士学位,同年进入湖北文理学院工作。
